Vegetable Kebabs

cup macadamia nuts
1
large zucchini
1 large red bell pepper
1 large
onion
1 small
eggplant, peeled
½ cauliflower
2 cups water
½ cup
Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 tablespoons apple cider
vinegar
¼ cup
honey
4 cloves garlic
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Clean and
cut first six ingredients into chunks. Blend remaining ingredients and pour
over vegetables in bowl. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Put onto wooden
skewers and dehydrate for 24 hours at 105 degrees.
