Coconut Macaroons
2 cups walnuts, presoaked
1 cup almonds, presoaked
1 cup shredded coconut
12 pitted dates
1 pear
2 teaspoons vanilla
1½
teaspoons almond extract
Process the nuts, coconut, dates and
pear through a juicer using the blank screen. Mix in the vanilla
and almond extract and then spoon onto a solid dehydrator sheet.
Dehydrate for 10-12 hours at 105 degrees, then place on a
perforated dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for another 3-4 hours.
These are best done the night before
so the first dehydration can be done during the night.
