Pear-Apple Cookies

pears
1 apple
2 cups walnuts,
presoaked 6-8 hours
2 cups pecans,
presoaked 6-8 hours
9 medjool dates
½ cup raisins,
presoaked 1 hour
¼
cup
raw honey
2 teaspoons
vanilla
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
¼
teaspoon powdered stevia
Process pears,
apple, walnuts, pecans, and dates through a Champion or Omega
Wheatgrass Juicer using the solid screen. Mix in the remaining
ingredients.
Spoon
silver-dollar-sized rounds of the mixture onto solid dehydrator
sheets. Dehydrate 4-6 hours.
Flip over onto
perforated sheets and continue to dehydrate for another few hours
or until consistency is suitable.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
