Papaya Shake
2 cups papaya, peeled and deseeded
1 cup almond milk or raw milk
½
cup raw milk yogurt
½ shredded
coconut
2-3 pitted medjool dates
Juice of
½ lime
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon
stevia powder
Place everything in a blender and
process for a delicious, nutritious shake!
Serves 1-2
* Every brand of stevia has a
different level of sweetness so you will need to test it first to
really know how much to add. When you have the correct proportion
you should not be able to taste the stevia, it should just
increase the sweetness of other sweeteners so you don't have to
add as much of them.
