Tacos in
the Raw
1 cup
walnuts, presoaked and chopped

tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
2
avocados, chopped
1 ear
of corn, remove kernels
1 cup
zucchini, chopped
½
cup sweet onion
3
tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos
¼
cup minced cilantro
2
cloves garlic
1
tablespoon minced fresh oregano
2
teaspoons chili powder
1
teaspoon minced jalapeno
½
teaspoon ground cumin
cabbage or romaine leaves
Combine all
the above ingredients except the cabbage or romaine leaves and allow to
marinate for about 2 hours. For taco shells, use the cabbage or romaine leaves
and spoon on the taco filling. Delicious!
