Living Multi-Grain Breakfast
Cereal
2 bananas
¼ cup sprouted
grains (wheat, rye, oats, spelt sprouted 1 day)
1 tablespoon raw almond butter
¼ cup golden
raisins
¼ cup walnuts,
presoaked and chopped
¼ teaspoon
cinnamon
¼ teaspoon
vanilla
Mash the bananas with a fork. Stir
in rest of ingredients and dig in. Yummy!
Serves 1-2
